THE FIGHTER Diffuser Blend

Everyone is looking for an oil to help support a healthy immune system and kill airborne germs. Those who once told us essential oilers" that we were like witch doctors are now asking, "hey can I get some of that"? There are a million formulas out there to make the famous "Medieval Blend" claimed to be used used by thieves when they robbed the valuables from the victims of the black plague.

The Medieval Blend, that I call The Fighter, is great for supporting a healthy immune system, killing airborne bacteria, helps with lung congestion, kills some mold, helps sinus headaches, improved concentration and stimulates your mood. How's that for a powerful diffuser blend? There are also many formulas available to use it as a cleaning potion.

My blend has all the essential ingredients and is packed with oils containing the constituents.

Supporting a healthy immune system -

  • Limonene (orange & citrus)
  • Eugenol (Clove & Allspice)
  • Cinnamaldehyde (Cinnamon Bark) which support a healthy immune system.

Supporting a healthy respiratory system -

  • 1,8-Cineole (rosemary & eucalyptus)

My formula also gives you a choice of citrus oils. You can use any one of them or even mix them up. I used Blood Orange because I feel it has a deeper orange scent.

I suggest diffusing this blend once a day in the morning. Not only is it supportive, it is also very uplifting!

EMERALD ISLE Diffuser Blend

This one of my two St Patricks Day blends. My earlier blend, Field of Harmony, is a balancing blend. This one will perk you up and give you energy. This blend rates a 10 on the energy scale so it is great for the mornings and afternoons when you need to be a little elf and get things done! I love this scent, it has a lot of sweetness to it and is good any day of the year.

Lime is uplifting and invigorating and great to give you a fresh start. Lime is very high in Limonene which also supports a healthy immune system. Everyone need that!

Rosemary is a great respiratory support oil and helps clear your breathing. Lime also helps you to stay alert.

Peppermint freshens the blend and is also uplifting and clearing. Great for deep breaths!

Honestly, this is a blend everyone will love! Let me know what you think!

REINVIGORATE Diffuser Blend

Do you need a EO blend to get you going today? Here is a surefire energizer - Reinvigorate. Perfect for Mondays and when you need a Pick-Me-Up.  Over half this blend comes essential oils that are strong stimulants.

Peppermint & Lemon are uplifting and stimulating. Peppermint is also a cooling oil. It could actually make you feel cooler on a warm day.

Juniper Berry promotes strength and mental wellness, as well as supporting a healthy respiratory system.

Eucalyptus & Rosemary improve clarity and focus. Rosemary keeps you alert.

I'm gonna diffuser this now and see if it makes me want to vacuum. Uh, maybe not. If you try this blend please leave a comment!

SPARKLING CITRUS Diffuser Blend

Wake Up! Get Going! Refresh! Here is a nice blend for any morning, especially Saturdays. Sparkling Citrus is packed with the essential oil constituent Limonene which is uplifting to the senses. Peppermint is revitalizing and gives this blend "sparkle".

Since all the oils in this diffuser blend are a 1:1 ratio, you can make as much or as little as you want. You can also experiment with different types of orange essential oils - Blood Orange, Mandarine, Tangerine, Clementine or Wild Orange. I like the sweet orange because it is more like soda pop.

Try it out tomorrow morning and let me know what you think!

FIELD OF HARMONY Diffuser Blend

St Patrick's Day is one of the best days of the year! Get the corned beef and cabbage ready! This year I made a new diffuser blend for those who like a "green" type scent. I call it "Field of Harmony". This blend is packed with oils that help you to relax and improve emotional fatigue. It's great for St Pats because it has a nice, fresh green scent.

Douglas Fir is the base of this blend. When I was blending, I learned that Douglas Fir is not a true "abies" fir as the name suggests. It's quite a pleasant scent with sweet, citrusy notes.  Douglas Fir will give you an emotional uplift and also relieves congestion! If you don't have Douglas Fir, you can try this blend with Cypress. Cypress has a similar citrusy scent and also supports emotional health.

Lavender & Petitgrain are both very high in Linalool which is balancing and supports mental wellness.

Marjoram is outstanding for relieving emotional fatigue, depression and helps keep you centered.

I am curious if everyone has all four of these oils in their collection? In my opinion they are "must haves" because they offer a high level of emotion support and are very grounding.

Let me know if you try this blend. I think you'll like it.

IMMUNE PLUS Diffuser Blend

I know everyone is trying to stay healthy to fight off virus, flu and colds. Here's a great diffuser blend I formulated to support a healthy immune system and uplift your emotions. This blend is high in the essential oil constituent Limonene which helps to boost the immune system. You'll find this in both the

Lemon & Orange are high in the essential oil constituent Limonene, which helps to boost the immune system and boosts energy.

For the Lemon and Orange you can use any citrus oil and still get the same effect. They are all high in Limonene. Consider - Blood Orange, Sweet Orange, Mandarin, Lime, Bergamot and Lemon.

Frankincense, Eucalyptus & Rosemary support a health respiratory system and are good antibacterials. These oils also are grounding, clarifying and restorative.

Eucalyptus Radiata works well in this blend because it has a fresh clean scent, but Eucalyptus Globulus will work as well.

Elemi was a special addition because it also has a good level of Limonene. It's lemony-pine aroma is also a good match in this blend. If you don't Elemi it you can leave it out.

I find the aroma to be very uplifting and refreshing. Try it out and let me know what you think.
